One mornig i woke up and my carrier heat pump had frost and the thermostat was set to 68. Still my heat pump is not warm when I touched the vent? I raised the thermostat on 90 and still cold air was comming out of the vent. Is thier somethng wrong with my heat pump. Then when I got home one day it was snowing and my heat pump had extensive frost on it. yesterday night it was raining and my heat pump out side was runing but the frost was on it again then i heard the clicking noise in it. Then my air vents had no heat comming from them and i set it to ninety again hen one hour later i checked the air vents and still they had cold air coming out of vents is thier a problem with my heat pump. i need as much answers as possible.
